Every client’s situation is unique. It’s like a puzzle, the way all the pieces fit together. When I see that ‘a-ha moment’ in the client’s eyes—there is nothing more gratifying to me.

Greg’s focus is with first-generation entrepreneurs and successful individuals and families. His personal experience in coming to the United States at the age of 21 from India and building his practice from the ground up allows him to identify with his clients and guide them in pursuing their goals. To ensure that he had the knowledge to back up his experience, Greg earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional certification, and his ChFC® and CLU® certifications.

Growing up in Mumbai, India, Greg left to pursue a higher education. After graduating from Rochester University’s William E. Simon Business School with an MBA in finance and corporate accounting, Greg knew he did not want to be a CPA. He focused his efforts on the financial services industry, starting out with New England Financial in Rochester, New York, where he enjoyed the process of resolving his clients’ financial concerns.

Greg is a regular speaker at the CEO FORUM, conducted by CEO Resources, Inc., a peer group in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has also been a guest on Fidelity’s podcast series, FinPoint, where he shared his insights on investment outsourcing, portfolio construction, and other ways to increase value for clients. Greg is also featured in “Explaining Metal Prices,” a book written by Paul MacAvoy, former dean of Yale University’s Business School.

Greg and his wife, Julie, have been married since 1999. They have three kids and live in Newton, Massachusetts, where Greg is very involved in the community. Greg has worked with Newton Youth Soccer as a coordinator and coach. He and his family are active members of Our Lady’s Parish, where he works on several committees and teaches religious education. He also volunteers with My Brother’s Keeper. Greg is a member of the board of trustees for the Village of Craigville in Centerville, Massachusetts. In their free time, the Pintos enjoy spending time at their Cape Cod house, playing tennis, biking the rail trail, and being active.
